    Registration for Summer 2019 classes begins at 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 4 for Plano residents and at 5 a.m. on Monday, May 6 for everyone else. Swim, hike, dance, do tai chi and yoga, brush up on computer skills, paint, sew, camp under the stars, kayak, learn to paint and more!

  1. 28th Annual Collin Classic Bike Rally benefiting Boys & Girls Clubs of Collin County

    The 28th Annual Collin Classic Bike Rally is a premier North Texas cycling event, with options for riders of all experience levels, from first -timers to seasoned cyclists. Experience a new and improved route, taking you on a beautiful ride beginning at beautiful Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve and extending over the Lake Lavon Dam, which is normally closed to the public. Also new this year are major upgrades to the Riders Village where you can comfortably enjoy live entertainment, food by Raising Cane’s Chicken and The Original Chop Shop, and beer by Texas’ own Karbach Brewing Co. -- 100% of the proceeds benefit BGCCC which impacts the lives of over 10,000 at-risk kids in Collin County. With growth of over 20% this past year, we depend on you to help us provide after-school, summer and outreach programs encouraging academic and career development along with character, leadership, health and life skills.

    Free concerts at McCall Plaza in Downtown Plano highlight a different genre each month. The Texas BlueTones continue June’s Summer Blues theme. This 5-piece band anchored by lead guitarist Joe Vanzant performs a list of classic rock, blues, Southern rock and country across the greater DFW area. Robert Holbert Group will open. Seating is available, but feel free to bring your own chair. Onsite beverage service by Fillmore Pub.
